FIRST LINE LEADER/MID-LEVEL MANAGER TRAINING
Course Length: 5 days
An organization’s First-line Supervisors and Mid-level Managers make important decisions on a daily basis that are critical to the satisfaction of its internal and external customers. This five-day program is geared to train the basics of leadership and management to individuals in these critical positions, supplying them with the tools they need to make optimal decisions that are aligned to the organization’s strategy and lead their teams in execution. This training is taught in a style that maximizes classroom participation. Learning exercises, case studies, and several scenario-based exercises are used to enhance the competencies and skills learned in each module. The course includes follow-on assignments to implement tools and concepts into the organization. Participants will identify one project in their area where they will employ the principles taught in the classroom.
